With heart diseasee being the most common cause of death in the United States, it’s important that we do everything we can to support a healthy heart. Stress, along with a poor diet and other lifestyle factors, can play a large role in the development of heart disease. Throughout this year, many people across the country have reported being much more stress than usual due to the current situations happening around the country and world. This stress can take a toll on the heart and the rest of the body, and it’s important that we do our best to keep our stress levels as low as possible.
